Chelsea ready to ditch 5 players to get funds for Sancho, Chilwell

Chelsea will be letting some of the first team players leave the club
- Frank Lampard is reportedly planning to overhaul his squad
- At least five players are expected to leave the club this summer
There is tension in the Chelsea team as reports emerge that five players would be sold this summer in a bid to raise funds to sign-up Jadon Sancho and Ben Chilwell.
According to ESPN, Frank Lampard is planning to rebuild his team and will now do anything possible to raise funds, not minding selling a number of first team players.
It was gathered that the tactician will not allow N’Golo Kante move to Real Madrid and will also quash Jorginho’s potential move to Italian giants Juventus.
Recall that the Blues were handed a transfer ban last summer and were not able to sign any player.

The inclusion of Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount has helped reinvigorate the ageing squad as Chelsea occupied fourth position in the Premier League standings before the season was suspended.
Lampard is ready to bring in his preferred targets as he hopes to seal Champions League qualification and Sancho and Leicester left-back Chilwell are high on his shopping list.
Chelsea already have some cash left over from Eden Hazard’s move to Real Madrid last summer.
Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Michy Batshuayi and Davide Zappacosta are all poised to exit the club this summer.
