Chelsea picture special: Gilmour, Pulisic,Loftus-Cheek other pictures of today training

Chelsea players have taken the next step ahead of the 2019/20 Premier League season resuming.

After it was announced that the campaign will return on June 17, players of all other 19 clubs are now permitted to take part in contact training.

One notable absentee from the training session at the club's training base at Cobham was midfielder N'Golo Kante.

The France international did return to training last week following compassionate leave because of safety concerns relating to coronavirus, but it would appear he's still restricted to solo work.

Amongst those pictured to have participated in a training session on Monday were Christian Pulisic, Ross Barkley, Olivier Giroud, Jorginho, Ruben Loftus Cheek, Callum Hudson-Odoi, wonderkid Billy Gilmour and many others.
